Need to return or replace something?

Start a request in your account or email us — most issues are resolved within 1–2 business days.

  • You submit your order number and quick details.
  • We coordinate with ACME or Artisan.
  • You get a label, pickup, part, or refund per their policy.

For fastest approval, include:

  • Order number and item SKU (or product link)
  • Photos of the issue and the outer box/packaging
  • When you noticed it and how it arrived
  • Pickup address (must match original delivery)

ACME Furniture — summary
  • Return window: 30 days, unused & in original packaging.
  • Customer pays return freight unless defective/damaged.
  • Damage/defect claims within 7 days of delivery with photos.
  • Refunds after supplier inspection/approval; 1-year limited warranty.
  • No additional ShopMC warranty beyond supplier coverage.
Artisan Furniture — summary
  • Accepted for manufacturing defects or transit damage only.
  • Report issues within 2 working days of delivery with photos.
  • Original packaging required; no change-of-mind returns.
  • Handcrafted: natural wood variations aren’t defects.
  • Refunds/replacements issued after supplier approval.
General notes
  • Your order follows the policy of the supplier that shipped it.
  • ShopMC is your liaison—not the manufacturer.
  • No extra ShopMC warranty beyond supplier coverage.
  • Approvals, replacements, and credits run through each supplier’s RMA.
