• No ShopMC warranty beyond ACME’s coverage.

• Bespoke or made-to-order pieces are non-refundable once in production.
• Backorders follow the same process as standard orders once executed.
• Artisan furniture is 100% handcrafted; natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are not considered defects.
• Refunds or replacements are issued only after supplier inspection and approval.
